We accept returns on most orders as long as items are returned unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. After received and inspected, a full refund will be processed within 14 working days if the conditions are correct. Once the the refund is issue you can expect to be effective in 2-3 natural days.
If you are not happy with your purchase, simply use the returns format delivered on your packaging. You can also notify our Customer Services team via email@example.com within 30 days of receiving the product, who will provide you with a returns format. All shipping costs associated with a return will be paid by the buyer, unless the products are defective or erroneous. Currently Bosphora online boutique does not offer exchanges.
Consequently, all returns are refunded, and these are made onto the same card that was used for the original purchase.
The cost of postage will be paid to Bosphora through Paypal or bank transfer.
The delivery policy for orders shall be governed by the following rules:
1. Provider shall not be liable for any errors that may arise due to computer system failures or human error that may occur in the invoicing, sale of products or commercial communication.
