Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on most orders as long as items are returned unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. After received and inspected, a full refund will be processed within 14 working days if the conditions are correct. Once the the refund is issue you can expect to be effective in 2-3 natural days.

 

If you are not happy with your purchase, simply use the returns format delivered on your packaging. You can also notify our Customer Services team via hello@thebosphora.com within 30 days of receiving the product, who will provide you with a returns format.  All shipping costs associated with a return will be paid by the buyer, unless the products are defective or erroneous. Currently Bosphora online boutique does not offer exchanges.

Consequently, all returns are refunded, and these are made onto the same card that was used for the original purchase.

The cost of postage will be paid to Bosphora through Paypal or bank transfer.

 

The delivery policy for orders shall be governed by the following rules:

1. Provider shall not be liable for any errors that may arise due to computer system failures or human error that may occur in the invoicing, sale of products or commercial communication. In which case, they will be rectified objectively, without giving rise to compensation or additional payments to the customer, and the user will be offered the possibility of placing a new order or cancel it, returning the money, the customer, who had paid in the initial purchase, if any.

2. If for reasons not attributable to the Provider or force majeure, a product not available in stock is offered for sale, the Provider undertakes to act in good faith and offer the user one of the following possibilities:

- Refund the amount paid by the customer for the purchased product, without any compensation to the customer, through the same means by which the payment was made.
- Replace by another model, of equal quality and value, available in stock, with the prior consent of the customer.
- If the same product is available at a later date, send it in a new delivery term, previously agreed with the customer. Otherwise, the amount paid will be refunded to the customer, in case of non-conformity.

3. All products displayed on this website are covered by the regime of verification, guarantees and customer service, established in the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November. This allows the consumer, to proceed to the claim he deems necessary for any product sold in this portal, which has not conformed to the characteristics of quality, utility and purpose of the good, to contact the provider for any claim he deems appropriate.

European platform for dispute resolution in online commerce

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
Consumers will be able to submit their complaints through the online dispute resolution platform.

This new platform of the European Commission offers online sellers and buyers an alternative to mediate their possible disputes generated by online sales and purchases. The aim of this new European complaints system is to open a way for citizens to communicate with the European institutions in the field of e-commerce.

To access the new platform, it is made available to users of the European Community, where consumers can raise their problems, as if it were a national dispute resolution body.
